For the price of three-to-ten of your soon-to-be-award-winning products, you can have space on this site to catch the eyes, hearts, and minds of the Apple faithful.
Advertising on this site will be incredibly exclusive, limited to a maximum of four advertisers at a time. The rules on ads will be strict, but in exchange you get the assurance that your ads won’t annoy your target audience and get you blocked or egged.
The following advertising plans are available in 3-, 6-, or 12-month packages:
Full Skyscraper: you get a luxurious 160×400 pixel box in which to portray your wares.
Half Skyscraper: slim, trim, and beautiful, the 160×200 pixel half-skyscraper gets your message across in an elegant package.
Both spots are available in either full-time or rotating packages. What does that mean? A rotating ad will be put in (you guessed it) rotation with one other ad. So at most we can have two full skyscrapers and two halves at a time. Want your spot all to yourself? Pay for the full-time ad and you no longer have to share. Ads appear on every page of the site, main page, archives, the deathlessly funny “Disclaimer and Legal” page, you name it.

- Contact us at sales@crazyapplenews.com. Tell us who you are, what plan you’re interested in buying, how much you want to pay, and what you’re advertising. We will decide if you’re the kind of company we want to keep. If you are we’ll contact you back.
- Send us the art and the link. You can doctor up the link you give us with whatever tracking you want, but it has to be in your domain (i.e. tuaw.com can’t submit links to crazyapplerumors.com, to avoid evil (and inexplicable) cross-advertising.) We will decide if the art is appropriate for our site and verify the link. If everything checks out, we’ll contact you back and let you know that all lights are green.
- Send us the agreed upon money and your ad is on the site in all its glory.
- We’ll contact you 1 month before your ad expires and you can decide to renew, upgrade, buy the site, or just walk away, mother!
